Al Sadd Football Club's Latest Injury Update: Boualem Khoukhi Out for 4-5 Weeks

Al Sadd Football Club has announced that their forward, Boualem Khoukhi, is out for the next four to five weeks due to an injury sustained during training.

The 27-year-old Moroccan international was injured in a training session on Monday and will be sidelined for at least this coming weekend's match against Al Ittihad. The club has not provided any further details about the nature or severity of Khoukhi's injury.

Khoukhi joined Al Sadd from Raja Casablanca in January 2018 and has made over 60 appearances for the club since then, scoring 13 goals. He has also represented Morocco at various levels, including the Under-20 World Cup in 2017 and the Under-23 World Cup in 2019.

The news comes as a blow for Al Sadd,Fans' Home who are currently sitting second in the Qatar Stars League table with 19 points after seven matches. They will now have to rely on their other forwards, such as Mohamed Salah and Yasser Ali, to step up and fill the void left by Khoukhi's absence.
